Six things Toggle does, in depth.
Toggle is the business intelligence layer for travel agencies. It sits on top of your CRM — it doesn't replace your back office — and turns the reservation data underneath into travel agency analytics you can act on. Each capability is built around the day-to-day reality of running a travel agency.

Supplier normalization
One supplier, one entity — across every system you touch.
Host agencies share suppliers across brands, properties, and chains. Most back-office systems treat each as a separate entity. Toggle is building a normalized supplier database with hierarchical mappings, so the whole hierarchy rolls up cleanly. Every yield, commission, and booking report — the core of Toggle's business intelligence — works on that hierarchy underneath.

How rollout actually works
Get the whole agency actually using it.
Every Toggle rollout is built around one goal: back office and every advisor using the platform, fast. That doesn't happen by accident.
01
Map your data
Toggle's team partners with your agency to map data, validate commission structures, and adjust the platform to how your back office actually runs.
02
Configure roles & goals
We set up permissions for owners, branch managers, and advisors — who sees QC reports, who sees financials, who sees what — then configure agency-wide goals around how you want Toggle used.
03
Tailored webinars
Sessions built around the specific workflows your back office and advisors use day to day — not a generic onboarding script. Recordings stay available on demand.
04
Track usage, then commit
See exactly how your team is using Toggle and the impact it's having — right inside the platform. Near the end of the trial we meet with you to review what's worked, agree on a path forward, and roll into your subscription.
Background
Built from thousands of hallway conversations with travel advisors.
The Toggle founding team has been building technology for the travel industry since college. They started with Jetpack — a product built directly for travel advisors. Talking to hundreds of advisors and back-office leaders made one thing clear: the data trapped inside the CRMs every agency already pays for was the industry's single most underused asset.
Toggle was built around that insight: not another CRM, not another back office, but a layer on top that turns existing data into action. In the five to six months since launch, roughly 40 travel agencies have moved onto it.

ClientBase Online, ClientBase Windows, Trams Back Office, and TRES — fully supported in parallel. Both Canadian and American versions of ClientBase Online are supported, with French Canadian language available.
Same dashboard, role-aware. Admins see everything. Branch managers see their team. Advisors see only their own data. No separate apps, no separate logins.
Today: agency, master agent, and multiple advisors on a single reservation. In active development: team-lead splits within an advisor team, layered on top of the Trams Back Office data structure.
Yes — both gross and net commissions appear on advisor statements, including all fees, deductions, and adjustments. ICs and back office reconcile against the same numbers.
AI Studio runs on enterprise-tier models with zero data retention and zero training on agency data. Every query is processed without storing the underlying data or using it to train any future model.
Fully anonymous. No advisor names, no agency names, and every number is rounded — so an advisor can never identify the person or agency behind any data point. They see percentile rank, performance zone, and top-performer comparisons without ever seeing anyone's book. Cross-agency comparison is opt-in (your agency chooses whether to participate), but regardless of that choice, everything stays anonymous.
Every report and dashboard filters by branch and by group automatically. Corporate, leisure, niche, and location-based segments all available without custom work.
Alerts surface on the homepage when something is happening in a destination where clients are traveling, so advisors can reach out proactively.
Yes. Toggle is travel agency software — specifically the business intelligence and analytics layer that sits on top of your back office. It turns reservation data from ClientBase, Trams Back Office, and TRES into real-time dashboards, commission tracking, quality control, and AI insights, without replacing your CRM.
Business intelligence for travel agencies turns the reservation, commission, and client data trapped in back-office systems into real-time analytics agencies can act on. Instead of static monthly reports, it surfaces live performance, cash flow, data-quality issues, and peer benchmarks — so owners, managers, and advisors decide on current numbers.
Yes. Toggle supports ClientBase Online and ClientBase Windows, including both the Canadian and U.S. versions, with French Canadian language available. It reads your existing ClientBase data and turns it into real-time reporting and analytics — no data migration and no change to how your back office works.
No. Toggle complements your CRM. Your back-office system — ClientBase, Trams Back Office, or TRES — stays the system of record. Toggle is the intelligence layer on top, turning that data into analytics, commission tracking, quality control, and AI-powered reporting your team can use day to day.
Toggle's travel agency reporting covers sales and production, gross and net commission, interim and advisor statements, cash flow from booking to payout, and corporate reports like City Pair and Form of Payment. Every view is filterable by advisor, branch, client, or supplier and exports to PDF or Excel.
Toggle tracks commission end-to-end across four stages: projected earnings from future bookings, open commission waiting on suppliers, interim and final advisor statements, and unclaimed commission with no advisor attached. Both gross and net are visible, so back office and advisors reconcile against the same numbers.
Yes. Independent travel advisors get advisor seats at $49 per user per month. Access is role-aware, so each advisor sees only their own book — commissions, clients, yield, at-risk dollars, and anonymous peer benchmarks — alongside AI Studio for plain-English questions about their business.
Toggle starts with a flat $100-per-month trial for two months, with full platform access for every back-office user and advisor. After the trial, pricing is per seat: $89 per user per month for back-office seats and $49 per user per month for advisor seats. Volume pricing is available.
Toggle is used by travel agencies of every shape — host agencies, consortia member agencies, IC-driven agencies, and traditional retail agencies — across the U.S. and Canada. Today, more than 40 agencies and 3,000+ advisors run on Toggle, with more than $1B in tracked sales. Both back-office leaders (owners, admins, branch managers) and independent advisors use the same platform with role-aware views.
Toggle integrates with ClientBase Online (both U.S. and Canadian, with French Canadian language), ClientBase Windows, Trams Back Office, and TRES — in parallel. It reads the existing reservation, commission, and client data inside those systems without any data migration or change to how the back office works. More CRMs are coming.
Toggle is hosted in the United States on enterprise cloud infrastructure with role-based access — admins, branch managers, and advisors each see only the data they're entitled to. AI Studio runs on enterprise-tier models with zero data retention and zero training on agency data, so questions and answers never become part of any future model.
